1. TERMS OF SERVICE This page (together with the documents referred to on it) explains the terms of Become A Trader LTD. Please ensure you read these terms before using the website or downloading our software. By using www.becomeatrader.com or our automated software, you indicate that you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using the website or our products.

2. SOFTWARE LICENSING & THE "SECURITY VAULT" By purchasing or trialling the BAT Trading Robot (the "Software"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to three (3) MetaTrader 5 account numbers registered in our database.

  • The Security Vault: You acknowledge that the Software contains a hardcoded security feature that communicates with our secure database to verify your license status.
  • Automatic Deactivation: If your subscription is cancelled, or if the account number is not listed as "ACTIVE" in our database, the Software will instantly and automatically deactivate and/or delete itself from your trading terminal.
  • Beta Expiry: Beta versions of the Software are hardcoded to expire on 30 June 2026. Continued use after this date requires the purchase of a Master License.
  • Anti-Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of the Software. Any attempt to bypass the Security Vault will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

3. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE & ALGORITHMIC RISK

  • Educational Context: Our courses and software are provided for educational and utility purposes only and are not regulated by the FCA. None of the content shall be taken as financial advice.
  • Algorithmic Risk: You acknowledge that automated trading involves unique risks. Become A Trader LTD is not liable for losses caused by "logic errors," unexpected market gaps, or the failure of the Software to execute a trade due to broker-side limitations.
  • Backtesting vs. Live Trading: Backtested results are hypothetical and provided for marketing and strategy-testing purposes only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns.
  • Technical Liability: We are not responsible for losses caused by external technical failures, including internet connectivity, MetaTrader 5 platform outages, VPS (Virtual Private Server) downtime, or broker-side execution errors.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in www.becomeatrader.com and all software published on it (including the BAT Trading Robot). Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. You must not duplicate, recreate, redistribute, or sell our software files (.ex5 or otherwise) without our express written consent.

5. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold Become A Trader LTD, our officers, and contractors harmless from and against any and all damages, obligations, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the BAT Trading Robot or reliance on our educational materials. You are responsible for taking into consideration your individual circumstances and risk tolerance before deploying automated systems on live capital.

6. ACCESS TO SERVICES Access to the BAT Trading Robot is granted upon successful payment of the subscription fee and completion of the mandatory account registration form. Access to our free courses is open to all registered users. We reserve the right to remove or amend the services provided at any time without notice.

7. COPY PERFORMANCE (COMING SOON) Regarding future "Copy Performance" services: Users acknowledge that they choose to mirror a lead trader’s performance at their own risk. Become A Trader LTD does not manage client funds; all capital remains in the user’s personal brokerage account, and we are not liable for discrepancies in execution between the lead account and the follower account.

8. JURISDICTION & APPLICABLE LAW Any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site or use of our software will have exclusive authority in the English courts. These terms of use are governed by English law.

9. HACKING & SYSTEM MISUSE You must not attack our site or attempt to gain illegal access to the server on which our database or "Security Vault" is stored. By breaking this provision, under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, you would be committing a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
